For those of you haven't heard of her yet- Janelle Monae is going to be big, real big. Not only does the lovely lady have a beautiful and soulful voice, infused with a youthful energy and it-factor quality that hooks you from the first note, but this song bird is bursting with creativity, pushing the boundaries of music and style. Monae's signature look combined with her unique and imaginative musical pursuits make her a force to be reckoned with and thus, completely swoon-worthy. Basically, I'm giving you a heads-up to watch out for her- and to get ready for the worldwide special edition release of her debut Suite, Metropolis on August 12th.
