Some of these are highly questionable. Aubrey O'Day????? She's just about the biggest fashion victim of our times. Let's not forget the monstrosity of her own clothing line. Sigh. I know some terribly stylish New Yorkers who would probably be offended to see some of these people make the list. I was, however, excited to see stylist, June Ambrose, make the cut!
